By creating an account, using the website, or playing on NeoGlobal, you agree to these terms.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Sharing accounts is at your own risk. You must be at least 13 to use NeoGlobal.

2. Fair Play

Cheats, exploits, bots, packet editing, unauthorized third-party software, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited.

3. Rules & Enforcement

Follow the server rules. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, permanent bans, or other action at staff discretion. If an account is terminated for a violation, any virtual currency or items on it are forfeited without refund.

4. Virtual Items

All accounts, characters, currencies, and items remain the property of NeoGlobal and are licensed to you for use on the server. They have no real-world or monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be sold or traded for real money.

5. Service Availability

NeoGlobal is provided "as is" and "as available." We cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime or data preservation, and we may modify content, rates, items, or features at any time for balance, stability, or development.

6. Not Official

NeoGlobal is an unofficial, fan-made private server. "KalOnline" and all related names, trademarks, and assets belong to their respective owners. NeoGlobal is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeoGlobal is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost data, items, or account access.

8. Acceptance

Using NeoGlobal means you accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted.

Privacy Policy

NeoGlobal collects only what it needs to run the website, the game server, and related services.

1. What We Collect

• The details you provide to register and verify your account (such as username and email).
• Your IP address and basic activity, used for security, anti-fraud, and abuse prevention.
• Purchase information when you buy virtual currency. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we do not store your card details.

2. How We Use It

To create and manage accounts, deliver purchases and rewards, provide support, keep the service secure, and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a few outside services to operate, including our payment provider (PayPal), Discord, our voting partner (Top-Kal), and security/fraud-detection tools that may process your IP address. Each runs under its own privacy policy.

Refund Policy

1. Purchases

Payments on NeoGlobal are purchases of virtual currency ("KC") and related in-game items — a digital product delivered to your account. Prices are shown before you pay.

2. Immediate Delivery

Virtual currency and items are delivered digitally and immediately. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery and accept that, once delivered, the product is considered used and is non-refundable. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any withdrawal or cooling-off period.

3. Exceptions

We may review a refund only in cases of:

• duplicate charges,
• unauthorized charges confirmed by the payment provider,
• a technical error that caused an incorrect charge, or
• failure to deliver a purchased item.

4. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving virtual currency or items may result in the account being suspended while the matter is reviewed, and it may stay restricted until the dispute is resolved.

5. Not Refundable

Refunds are not given for dissatisfaction with gameplay, server population, progression speed, balance changes, rule enforcement, future updates, or a decision to stop playing.

6. Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and agree to this Refund Policy. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
